PCC Continuing Education offers busy professionals the quickest and surest route to maintaining and enhancing their professional certifications. Whether you're an accountant, tax professional, insurance agent, electrician, real estate agent or appraiser, PCC is your ticket to continuing education in your profession.
Electrical license renewal
These eight-hour Saturday workshops are approved by both the Oregon and Washington Building Codes departments. Students receive a certificate of completion in class at the end of the workshop. PCC classes include NEC Ratings, National Electrical Code Changes, Code Calculations, NEC Code Calculation for Motors and Transformers, Oregon Electrical Safety Laws, and Grounding and Bonding.
Tax and accounting professionals
A broad selection of classes and seminars meets requirements for continuing education for Certified Public Accountants, public accountants, tax preparers and tax consultants. Courses are offered as four- or eight-hour workshops. PCC classes include 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanging, Trust in Retirement Planning, Marital Deduction Planning, The SIMPLE Deferral Plan, Qualified Pension and Profit Sharing, just to name a few.

We make cancellation decisions based on minimum enrollments. Please register in advance and help us make the best decisions! Your registration also ensures that we will be able to contact you should there be a change or cancellation of your class.

Dropping a class
Please note that if you register for a class and do not attend, you are obligated to call and cancel before the day the class meets. If you do not, the College will bill you for the tuition. You may call 971-722-8888 to drop a class.
Billing and registration confirmation
Payment is due by the second Friday of the term or within seven days of registration, whether you receive a bill from PCC or not. Confirmation of class registration is assumed once you register; you will not be sent written confirmation.
There is a parking fee (M-F) at all PCC facilities. Daily permits are available from the yellow ticket machines in PCC parking lots. There is no parking fee on Saturdays.
