Medical Assisting Faculty Requirements prior to June 2016

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Certified medical assistant (AAMA)
  • Three years experience as a medical assistant in an ambulatory care setting

  • MA 123 and 124: Related Instruction in Computation

AAS degree in subject area or professional education plus 5 years recent, full time non-teaching work experience in the field.
