UAS – Unoccupied Aerial Systems Instructor Qualifications

Minimum qualifications for Introduction to UAS Courses – 100, 101, 102

  • Hold a current FAA Remote Pilot certificate issued under 14 CFR Part 107.
  • Present a pilot log or portfolio, demonstrating experience as Remote Pilot in Command, piloting at least two models of small UAS, conducting thirty logged flights from take-off to controlled, undamaged landings.
  • Hold at least an Associate of Applied Science degree.
