TA Instructor Qualifications Requirments:

- Master of Arts or Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts OR
- Demonstrated competence in the specific subject area (such as Make-Up, Voice and Diction, Costuming) and a combination of professional training and/or experience in the subject area totaling five years or more.

Video Production/Internship Specialist – Video Production Program Instructor Qualifications Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast journalism, Film and Television, Instructional Technology or related area or a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with a minimum of 30 upper division credits in Telecommunications, Film/Theatre Arts, Instructional Technology, or Communication required.
- Full time experience performing the duties of the job may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
- Three years of recent professional experience, producing television and video productions required. Experience must include: organizing, managing and scheduling production crews and planning and executing client projects within budget. Expertise in all technical areas is also required.
- Demonstrated ability to operate a variety of TV production equipment, both field and studio.
- Demonstrated experience in solving production problems independently.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and instructional program, develop curriculum, concurrently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
