Welcome to the Student Basic Needs Center (SBNC) at PCC! The SBNC combines the programs and services of the Panther Pantry, the Basic Needs Hub, and BNSL Student Leadership in an expanded and redesigned model that provides not just food, but meaningful access to resources, support, and community connection. The SBNC is rooted in our core mission to address student basic needs insecurity and also provides a welcoming and accessible space to access peer-to-peer support, build skills, share knowledge, and connect in community.

The Student Basic Needs Centers are hiring Student Advocates for the 2026/2027 Academic year! Join our fun, dynamic team in helping PCC students access essential basic needs resources. Open positions are available at each campus on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with possible additional days and hours. This can be flexible with class schedules.

Applications are open August 1st -31st.

Interviews will be held September 8th & 9th.
