What is a transcript?
A transcript is a chronological, comprehensive summary of your permanent academic record at PCC. It includes all courses taken, all grades received, and all degrees and certificates conferred. You can request transcripts of credit-bearing coursework or continuing education units (CEUs). There are two types of transcripts: unofficial and official. Official transcripts are certified copies of your record that are sent directly from PCC to the intended recipient. Unofficial transcripts can be accessed in MyPCC.
As a current or former student you can:

- Receive email notifications when transcripts are processed and delivered
- Request electronic delivery of your official transcript

Fees and delivery methods
- PDF eTranscript: $3.00
- Paper Transcript, Mailed: $5.50 (includes USPS standard shipping)
- Paper Transcript, Expedited Shipping Options:
- USPS International Shipping: $8.00
- FedEX Domestic Overnight: $33.00
- FedEX International: $58.00
- Third Party Order, PDF eTranscript: $10.00 fee
Ordering official transcripts
- Holds on your record can prevent your official transcript from being issued. If this occurs, you will be notified and the request will be cancelled.
- You will need to have a valid credit card available (Visa, Mastercard, Discover)
- You can upload additional documentation that needs to be sent with your transcript (NursingCAS, AMCAS, etc.)
- Don’t email official transcripts to yourself – this makes them unofficial. If you need a copy of your unofficial transcript, see instructions below.
Current students
- Log in to MyPCC
- On the Home tab in the Quick Links section, click official transcript
- Click on Access the Transcript Ordering Site
- If this is your first time logging in, you will need to create an account
- Follow the on-screen instructions to order your official transcript
Former students
You are a former student if your account is inactive after more than two years of inactivity.
- Visit the transcript ordering site
- Create an account or log in as a returning user (You do not need to use or remember your MyPCC login information.)
- Follow the on-screen instructions to order your official transcript
Third party requests
- Visit the transcript ordering site
- Choose to order someone else’s credentials
- Follow the on-screen instructions
- Colleges, universities, or businesses who are requesting official transcripts on behalf of a student must upload a records release signed by the student (electronic signatures are not acceptable) as a part of the order. You’ll be asked to enter the student’s:
- Name
- Previous names
- Dates of attendance
- Date of birth
- Last 4 digits of their SSN
Unofficial transcripts
Unofficial transcripts can be printed directly from MyPCC.
- Log in to MyPCC
- On the Home tab in the Quick Links section, click unofficial transcript
- Click the Print button to create a PDF of your unofficial transcript (see more about printing to PDF)
GED® transcripts
PCC administers the GED® tests for the State of Oregon, but does not hold the records. You can obtain a GED® transcript or GED diploma by visiting to ged.com.
