Need help accessing your MyPCC account? Choose from one of the options below, or call the IT Service Desk at 971-722-4400 (you will be asked to verify your identify for security purposes).
New students:
If you’re getting the “try again” message, this is related to a delay in our system. It may take overnight for your account to be ready. Thank you for your patience!
I can’t log in:

- Forgot my password
- Forgot my username
- First time user
- Haven’t logged in for a while?
- Changed my password but still can’t get in: If you changed your MyPCC password, please wait until the next day to use your new password for D2L Brightspace and Library.
Manage my account options:
You can also change your password from the Help tab in MyPCC. In the MyPCC FAQ channel, click the link called Reset my password and manage password recovery options.
