International Baccalaureate Exams

Students who complete International Baccalaureate (IB) Exams are eligible to receive college credit based on the exam score. To be awarded credit for International Baccalaureate exams, students must submit an official IB exam score to Student Records and request an evaluation via their MyPCC. Students will be awarded credit based on the evaluation standards on the date the scores were received. If acceptance standards have changed, students will be subject to the current acceptance standards. PCC will only evaluate International Baccalaureate scores one time, regardless if acceptance standards have changed.

IB credit

To be awarded college credit, a minimum score of 4 is required for both Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL). Specific credit will be awarded based on individual exam scores using the following chart.
