The Learning Technology Help Desk will be open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm until further notice. We appreciate your patience.

The Learning Technology Help Desk’s student support provides technical support for students. This includes computer and online service support. Instructors should contact LTHD faculty support.

Problems with D2L Brightspace

Having trouble logging into D2L Brightspace from MyPCC? Try the direct link: online.pcc.edu.

Accessing a Zoom Meeting Room

The Zoom Student Participant Guide provides instructions on joining your class Zoom meetings.

Connecting to the Student Web Server

The Secure FTP page goes over the steps on how to connect to the SWS via the Filezilla application.

If you are having trouble connecting to the SWS, contact the Student Help Desk. Be sure to also inform your instructor so that they are aware of the issue.

Cannot access MyPCC

If you are unable log in or recover your MyPCC username/password, you will need to contact the IT Service Desk:

Connecting to PCC-WiFi

If you are unable to connect to the PCC-WiFi access point, be sure you meet the following requirements:

  • You must be currently enrolled in at least one course for the term that is in session.
    • Being on the wait list for a course does not count.
  • Access is granted 24 hours after registration.
  • The term you are enrolled in must have started.

Contact your instructor if you have questions about an assignment. You can find your instructor’s contact info in the staff directory or the syllabus.

  • Starting March 11: Saturday and Sunday: Closed (Until further notice)
  • Closed Wednesdays: 10:30am to 11:00am (staff meeting).
  • Saturday and Sunday: 2pm to 3pm (Lunch)
