Requesting Your Official Transcript Online

Ordering transcripts online is through MyPCC is the quickest way to get your transcript request processed.

To order transcripts online log into MyPCC and visit the College Business tab. Click on the link Order My Official Transcripts. Transcripts ordered online cost $3 for each copy and are issued within one or two days.

Requesting Your Official Transcript by Fax or Mail

You may order transcripts by fax or mail in addition to online. Print and fill out the Transcript Request Form. Transcripts requested by fax or mail will be processed in a minimum of 5 business days from the date we receive your request. To process your request as quickly as possible, we need:

  • Your name (and all names you may have used while attending)
  • Your Student ID Number or Social Security Number
  • Approximate dates of attendance
  • Address to which you want the transcripts mailed
  • Your current address and phone number
  • Your signature (Confidential records cannot be released without your signed consent.)
  • $3 for each copy you're requesting. If you fax us your request, you must include a VISA or Mastercard number (with expiration date). If you mail your request, you may pay by check, money order or by VISA or Mastercard. If paying by VISA or Mastercard, you must include your card number and its expiration date.

Note: Holds on your record may prevent us from issuing your transcript. If this occurs you will be notified by mail.

Transcripts can also be ordered at any campus Business Office during normal hours of operation. Please take a fully completed Transcript Request Form and $3 for each copy requested. The business office accepts cash, checks, VISA and Mastercard.

How Long Does It Take?

Ordering transcripts online is the fasted way for your request to be processed. Transcripts ordered online are generally processed with a one to two business days.

Faxed or Mailed transcript requests, once they have been received in the Office of Student Records, take a minimum of 5 business days for the transcript to be issued. Please note that the requests are processed in the order received. Allow additional time during peak periods, such as final grade posting and degree posting.

For transcripts being mailed out-of-state, allow an additional two weeks (or more) for mail delivery and for the receiving institution to process accordingly.

GED test records

GED test records are not available through PCC. To request a copy of your GED certificate or GED transcript, please visit the State of Oregon's GED website, or call the GED Program Office at 503-378-8648 ext 369 for more information.
