Requesting Transcripts

What is a Transcript?

A transcript is a copy of a student's permanent academic record at PCC including all courses taken, all grades received, and all degrees and certificates conferred to a student.  PCC students may request transcripts of credit-bearing coursework or transcripts of courses where continuing education units were earned.

As of 1/31/14, all GED records should directly be requested from https://www.diplomasender.com. The PCC GED Testing Office (971-722-5680) will no longer have access to them.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts can be printed directly from MyPCC. To print your unofficial transcript:

  1. Log in to MyPCC
  2. Click on the My Courses tab
  3. Under the "View My" section, click on Unofficial Transcript

Requesting Your Official Transcripts

There is a maximum of three transcript requests per day. There is no fee for standard transcript requests.

Note: Holds on your record may prevent us from issuing your transcript. If this occurs, you will be notified.

Requesting Online

Ordering transcripts online through MyPCC is the quickest way to get your official transcript request processed without a charge. Transcripts ordered online are generally processed within one to two business days.

To order official transcripts online:
  1. Log in to MyPCC
  2. Click on the My Courses tab
  3. Under the "Moving On" section, click on the link Order My Official Transcript

Requesting by Fax or Mail

To order official transcripts by fax or mail, print and fill out the Transcript Request Form. Transcripts requested by fax or mail will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date we receive your request. Requests are processed in the order received. Please allow additional time during peak periods, such as the start of registration and the start of the term, final grade posting and degree posting. To process your request as quickly as possible, be sure to complete all sections of the Transcript Request form.

Requesting RUSH (Same Day) Transcripts

PCC offers RUSH service to obtain your official transcripts the day they are ordered. The fee is $30 for RUSH processing. For transcripts that will be mailed, there is no charge for standard mail and a $4.95 charge for priority mailing.

In Person Request:
Go to a campus Student Account Services to pay the RUSH fee, bring your request to the Admissions/Registration Office. Your transcripts will be ready within 15 minutes.
Faxed Requests:
Faxed requests for RUSH transcripts are accepted but, before the transcript can be processed, payment must be posted to the account. Once processed, the transcripts can either be mailed or picked up. Please call 971-722-8888, option 2, for detailed instructions on how to order a RUSH transcript by fax.
