This department supports the seamless operations of FMS through, finance, procurement, computerized maintenance enterprise system, IT and the service request center.

  • The Service Request Center processed:
    • 13,239 work orders
    • 8,443 corrective maintenance
    • 3,709 planned maintenance
    • 1,087 event setup
  • Provide financial support for $14.6M annual operational budget and $8.6M biennial capital repair and renewal budget
  • Support FMS use of AiM Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Continually improve our delivery of services, such as adding the Capital Planning and Projects Module, Space Management, Key and Access Control, EH&S, Sustainability and IQ(advanced reporting tool)
  • Implementing the use of mobile devices (smart phone) applications
