Equipment Surplus/Transfer and Office Moves

Use your MyPCC username and password to log in to ReADY and make a request
Requests for surplus pickup, equipment transfers and office moves can be submitted by completing a surplus request on the new ReADY system.
Please box up loose surplus items (ex. computer accessories, books, office supplies, etc) and mark all boxes and non-boxed items as “Surplus” so our team can easily identify it for pick up. Please do not over pack them (try to keep the weight down to about the weight of a case of paper, 50-70 lbs. max). Items that are not marked “Surplus” will not be picked up.
CDS can move any free-standing items (excluding glass) that can be moved without going up or downstairs. File cabinets, storage cabinets, bookcases and desk drawers must be emptied before we arrive to move them.
- We can loan you moving boxes. Please do not over pack them (try to keep the weight down to about the weight of a case of paper, 50-70 lbs. max). Please return the boxes once they are unpacked by notifying us through firstname.lastname@example.org that they are ready for pick up.
- We do not install, disassemble, repair or move systems furniture (anything that is not free-standing or is attached to a wall). For help with minor repair or adjustments of systems furniture, call the subcontractor, VGS, at 503-747-8980. Your department will be billed directly by them for their services. For larger systems furniture re-configurations or adjustments, please submit a ReADY request.
