Current projects

The Office of Planning and Construction (OPC) oversees land use and development planning with a college-wide perspective, including the construction of facilities funded by bond measures. OPC partners with a variety of external regional entities to leverage public resources and efficiently serve the community.

Spotlight: 2022 bond projects

  • Renovation of the Health Technology Building at Sylvania Campus. At almost 200,000 square feet, this is one of the largest renovations at PCC. The project will create new and improved spaces for health and fitness programs.
  • The renovation of the Communications Technology Building at Sylvania Campus, which houses the arts and humanities programs, and the music, theatre, and language arts programs.
  • Plans for redeveloping the Rock Creek Campus will include building a new technical education space for automotive programs and construction technologies programs.
  • PCC plans to build a new center to support health education and workforce development through an innovative collaboration with the Hillsboro School District and the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center.
