Campus Security Authority (CSA) Reporting
Campus Security Authorities (CSAs) play an important role in helping Portland Community College comply with the federal Clery Act. If a student, employee, or visitor shares information with you about a crime that occurred within Clery geography, you may be required to report the incident to Public Safety.
A CSA’s responsibility is to report information—not to investigate the incident or determine whether a crime occurred. Public Safety will review the information, determine whether it is reportable under the Clery Act, and coordinate any necessary follow-up.
Submit a CSA report
Complete the Campus Security Authority (CSA) Reporting Form as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the report.
