With a background not only in theater and dance but also in psychology, instructor Alex Kennedy’s teaching focuses on personal growth rather than technical perfection. In her classes you’ll learn to bring yourself into your movements. Alex dances every day, as she has since she could walk, and performs jazz cabaret nationally.
