Instructor Edurne Garcia-Andre’s mother’s best friend was a fantastic cook, who at a young age helped ignite Edurne’s own passion for cooking. She had emigrated from Cuba leaving most of her family, life and country behind but she kept on cooking. In this class Edurne will share some of the Cuban foods she learned from her sweet, adopted Auntie.
