Fitness goes far beyond making a person look good. It improves your quality of life, self esteem, boosts energy levels, and has shown to increase cognition. Personal Trainer Tony Cibik encourages his clients to challenge themselves with “short” and “long” term goals during their healthy lifestyle development. This strategy inspires motivation to the client by gathering accomplishments when working towards their predominant goal.
Tony enjoys working with a variety of populations, and constantly enjoys new challenges in his field to keep himself educated. His areas of fitness involve experience in balance, aquatic, kayaking, standup paddle boards, running, and his favorite: rock climbing. Tony discovered a passion for being outside with his fitness goals. He uses the gym as a base to train for the activities he loves outside. He looks forward to instructing you in how to achieve the same!
