Summary
When students enter the classroom, they carry their beliefs, attitudes, assets, and anxieties. Sometimes, what they carry can create difficult conversations. In a complicated world, how do we make space for all learners to be successful in class? This session provides proactive steps to navigate difficult conversations, strategies for managing them in the moment, and an overview of PCC policies and processes.
