As artificial intelligence reshapes our world, including higher education, faculty have an opportunity to leverage AI not only as a productivity tool but also as a catalyst for student belonging and success. This interactive workshop explores how faculty can use AI to support culturally responsive teaching, increase student engagement, strengthen self-efficacy, and create more inclusive learning environments. Participants will leave with a faculty handbook on using AI, practical strategies, sample prompts, and implementation ideas they can apply immediately in their courses.
