Facility access
Drop-in fitness and open recreation hours are available at each campus – see schedules: Cascade, Rock Creek, Southeast, and Sylvania.

medal Credit student veterans or using VA benefits at PCC
user group Staff and faculty, including retired employees

How to check in
Users must check in with PCC ID upon entry to the facilities.

Show ID + documentation
On your first visit, present your student ID or staff ID and proof of enrollment at the gym front desk. If required, pay the $12 fee at Student Accounts and bring receipt.

Sign activity waiver
A signed activity waiver is required before participating in open recreation. Forms are available at the front desk.
Facility rules
- No admittance into the facilities without a designated staff present.
- Proper athletic attire and closed-toe shoes are required at all times.
- Personal bags and belongings are not permitted in the fitness areas. Please store belongings in designated storage spaces.
- Report all injuries and any defective equipment to the staff immediately.
- No food or drink allowed in the facilities except for water. Glass bottles / containers of any kind are not allowed.
- Individuals must clean and return all equipment to their proper place after use.
- Always use collars on barbells and ask for a spotter during heavy or challenging lifts.
- Weights must not be dropped or slammed. Exercises should be performed in a controlled manner.
- To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all, please follow all facility rules. Failure to follow facility rules may result in suspension or loss of access.
