Information:
This data collection survey was created in collaboration with artist Midori Hirose’s Furin Project, a celebration of community, collaboration, and history, in particular, the Japanese American farming communities in SE Portland. Place is strongly tied to perception and certain locations can evoke feelings of community past and present. We are hoping this survey will help tell the stories about the places we move through everyday.
