Upcoming groups

  • Coping Skills for Stress
In this group we will review skills and techniques to cope with the stresses and challenges of daily life. Group members will have an opportunity to talk about and support each other in the application of coping skills. You must be in the state of Oregon. For participant privacy, a link is provided directly by the group facilitator after you sign up.

  • Grief and Loss Counseling Process Group
Come join us for a five-week counseling process group around grief and loss. We hope to provide a community of warmth and support for those who have experienced a loss. The group is an opportunity for members to share and process their feelings as a normal part of the grieving process. We ask that participants consider attending all 5 group sessions, as this gives us an opportunity to create a consistent and supportive group. For participant privacy, a link is provided directly by the group facilitator after you sign up.

  • Practices in Gratitude
Explore the practice of gratitude to support mental health and wellness.

  • Queer/Trans/Gender-Diverse Counseling Process Group
This is a counseling space that welcomes all queer, trans, and gender-diverse group members in navigating our ever-changing landscape. We strive to build an affirming circle where common experiences are shared, differences are acknowledged, and the healing power of community is celebrated. For participant privacy, a link is provided directly by the group facilitator after you sign up.

  • Climate Grief & Hope for BIPOC
This is a space for BIPOC students only to explore the challenges of navigating their own historical and ancestral grief with climate change.
