- Grief & Loss Processing Group

Join us for a four-week counseling process group about grief and loss. The group is an opportunity for members to share and process experiences of grief and loss. - Coping with Anxiety Group

School got you stressed? This four-week group focuses on practical tools and techniques to reduce the impact of anxiety and stress. - BIPOC Healing Group
Start date: February 18, 2026 at 3pm
This counseling group provides a space or Black Indigenous People Of Color (BIPOC) students to discuss lived experiences. The group supports students in navigating various challenges with emphasis on collective support, connection, and the healing process within the group. This process group runs for four weeks. Please recognize this space is a place to gain community support with students that may hold identities different than your own. - Queer/Trans/Gender-Expansive Counseling Process Group
Start date: February 19, 2026 at 1pm
Join us in this online counseling process group welcoming queer/trans/gender-expansive PCC students. Common experiences are shared, differences are acknowledged, and the healing power of community is celebrated.
