Groups

  • Climate Anxiety Group
    Start date: October 17, 2025
    This group helps students who feel worried or stressed about climate change. Through guided discussion and community connection, participants will explore feelings and learn practical tools to manage and reduce climate-related distress.
  • Grief & Loss Processing Group
    Start date: November 5, 2025
    Join us for a four-week counseling process group about grief and loss. The group is an opportunity for members to share and process experiences of grief and loss.
  • Coping with Anxiety Group
    Start date: October 16, 2025
    School got you stressed? This four-week group focuses on practical tools and techniques to reduce the impact of anxiety and stress.
  • BIPOC Healing Group
    Start date: November 5, 2025
    This counseling group provides a space or Black Indigenous People Of Color (BIPOC) students to discuss lived experiences. The group supports students in navigating various challenges with emphasis on collective support, connection, and the healing process within the group. This process group runs for four weeks. Please recognize this space is a place to gain community support with students that may hold identities different than your own.
  • Queer/Trans/Gender-Expansive Counseling Process Group
    Start date: October 14, 2025
    Join us in this online counseling process group welcoming queer/trans/gender-expansive PCC students. Common experiences are shared, differences are acknowledged, and the healing power of community is celebrated.
  • Take Charge of Your Healing
    Start date: October 31, 2025
    This online four-week counseling group focuses on recovery from trauma and substance abuse using an approach called “Seeking Safety”.
