We offer a 3-day digital literacy series on the first Tuesday through Thursday of each month from 1-2pm. Students and community members are welcome to attend at no cost. Simply click the button below to register for one or all of these workshops. Currently offered via Zoom.

Google Workspace -Intermediate: November 2-4

Google Docs, Intermediate – Tuesday, November 2
  • Review how to create, format, export, and share Docs.
  • Learn how to add headers/footers, use word count, insert links and create visually appealing reports.
  • Learn how to search for and replace words and phrases.
  • Practice creating a dynamic document and sharing your document with links, and/or over Zoom.
Google Sheets, Intermediate – Wednesday, November 3
  • Review how to create, format, export, and share Sheets.
  • Learn how to create a filter and sort data.
  • Learn how to add a formula using Sheets.
  • Build a budget tracker in Sheets, using skills you learn in class.
Google Slides, Intermediate – Thursday, November 4
  • Review how to open, save, export, format, and share Slides.
  • Learn how to make visually appealing presentations, using themes, formatting, photos, links and color matching.
  • Learn how to animate your presentation.
  • Practice creating dynamic slides and learn how to present over Zoom.
