Details about this class
Welcome to WR 121z. This hybrid class offers broad preparation for both your academic writing and professional communication outside of college. You will have opportunities to develop your critical thinking, reading, and writing skills as you analyze and compose across varied rhetorical situations and in multiple genres.
This class is a hybrid, meaning that part of the class takes place on the Rock Creek campus in an actual classroom. So, instead of meeting 4 hours in person, we meet just 2 hours in person with the remaining coursework and credit hours completed online. I will open modules for the upcoming week on Fridays so you can have a weekend to complete the online portion of the class.
The online readings and activities in D2L are due by Tuesdays. In-person class is on Thursday. All due dates can be found in our Class Calendar.
