How to access the Panther Pantry

  • be currently registered in credit, ABE/GED, or ESOL classes
  • show a PCC ID
  • have a PantrySoft account*

*New users can create a PantrySoft account using their MyPCC credentials.

Online ordering and grocery pick-up

Here’s how it works:

  • Order online: You must place your order using your allocated credits through PantrySoft. This system allows you to choose the items that best meet your needs. Orders can be placed 2-7 days in advance of pick up.
  • Credits: Every registered user will receive 50 credits on the 1st of each month.
  • Pick-Up:  Guests can choose to pick up their order at a time that works best for them, either in person at the Student Basic Needs Center or from one of our four campus refrigerated lockers.
  • Instructions: You can find instructions in the How to Place an Online Grocery Order document or by downloading the attachment.
About Panther Pantry Credits

The PCC Panther Pantry has transitioned to a credit system so our guests can choose the items that work best for them.

  • Every registered student will receive 50 credits available on the 1st of the month.
  • Credits do not roll over from month to month.
  • Pantry guests may order once a week, choosing how to spend their credits throughout the month. For example, if they want to shop and spend all 50 credits in one week, they can do so, but must wait until the next month when they receive more credits to shop again.
  • Each available item is assigned credits based on the monetary value of the item.
  • Note: Grab and Go items, Panther Pack meal kits, and Free Food Markets do not count towards the monthly credit limit.

Important Information: We try our best to fulfill your order as requested. However, due to changing inventory, we might occasionally need to substitute items or we may be out of the items and you will be refunded your credits for those items.. If you do not pick up your order on your scheduled date, it will be cancelled and you will need to place a new order. Your credits will be refunded, however you will not be able to place an order until the following week.
