PCC Visual Resources Collection

Portland Community College (PCC) Library is happy to provide an image collection, “PCC Visual Resource Collection” available through ARTstor shared shelf. ARTstor is a database of over 1.5 million images covering art, architecture and archeology.

Thanks to the hard work of PCC Art Faculty, over 1900 images are now available in this online collection and more are being added daily. Many of these images are from the historical art slide collection of about 9,000 digital images and 12,000 analog images (slides) maintained by PCC Art Faculty since 1990.

Faculty and students can access this collection via the ARTstor database from anywhere with a computer or mobile device (there’s even an ARTstor app).

Questions? Contact Dr. Julianne Sandlin (Coordinator of the PCC Visual Resource Center) or Christine Weber (PCC Art Department Chair).
