The libraries will offer the following services in the building: Borrow library materials – books, music, films, course reserves (including the anatomy models), equipment, and laptops Use a computer Print, copy, or scan Study rooms You can stay informed about changes to in-person services through the Visiting the Library in Person page. It will be updated with new details and frequently asked questions throughout the term. When the library buildings are closed, library employees are here to help you navigate the many remote services and resources we have available. Students, staff, and faculty can access research help and other support via chat, email, and research help appointments. Here are some library resources we would like to highlight: Introduction to the library website – A video tour of the PCC Library website Sylvania Library Zoom Pods – Need a place for a zoom class when you are on campus? You can book one of the new Zoom Pods. Each pod offers an office-style cubicle with a big desk, a comfortable office chair, a Windows computer workstation, a webcam, and a headset with a mic. Research help appointments – Schedule time to meet with a PCC librarian online or in-person Library audiobook and ebook collection – Audiobooks and ebooks that you can read or listen to with the Libby App. Need an article or book chapter fast, and it isn’t available? Request it seamlessly from the library catalog with our new interlibrary loan system, Rapido. PCC Library is focused on providing you with access to research sources and library services that are important to your academic and workplace success.
