This presentation provides an overview of recent updates to Portland Community College’s accommodation system, Accessible Information Management (AIM). Built specifically for accessibility, AIM enables faculty, students, staff, and the testing center to manage accommodation processes in an interactive portal. The session highlights key shifts in how faculty use AIM, moving from passive email notifications to proactive logins at the start of each term. Faculty are guided through managing course-wide flex plans and configuring alternative testing parameters early to streamline administrative workflows, ensure timely student support, and reduce mid-term delays. Additional resources from PCC’s Inclusive and Accessible Education teams are also highlighted.
