How we measure our progress
Equitable student success means improved success rates and the elimination of gaps based on race/ethnicity, socio-economic status, gender, and other identity-based factors reflected in our diverse community. PCC is tracking student success metrics using disaggregated data and identifying multiple methods of assessment to ensure there is continuous improvement in our processes and services.
Our Equitable Student Success (YESS) Metrics guide our efforts by showing where progress is being made and where equity gaps continue.
