Career Pathway Certificate: Landscape Service Technician

  • Would you like to take courses that integrate the basic technology, science, and math to be successful in the landscape industry?

The Landscape Service Technician Career Pathway prepares you for entry-level employment in the landscape industry, for positions in landscape maintenance and gardening or landscape designer.  This certificate also creates the foundation to advance your landscape and maintenance design skills, career options, and education at PCC and beyond.


Average wages are 40-45,000 year, with entry-level wages of $14 to 16/hour.

The Landscape Service Technician Career Pathway Certificate leads to additional certificates and degrees.  Continue your education to give yourself more job opportunities and career advancement.  

Is it for me?

High School graduates (and high school equivalency).  Placement into Reading 115, Writing 115, MTH 60. If you do not meet all the placement recommendations, contact us for other options.
