Come see the Japanese American New Year Celebration

Don’t miss the 12th annual Japanese American New Year Celebration. The event will include a cultural fair is set for the College Center at the Sylvania Campus from noon to 4 pm. on Sunday, Jan. 27. It features many exhibits, food booths, stage performances. Suggested donation for admission are: Adults, $2; Children, $1.
Also, there will be two performances (1 p.m. and 3:15 p.m.) in Performing Arts Center, featuring storytelling, taiko drums, hula and traditional Japanese dance. Tickets are $12 for adults, $9 for students and seniors and $5 for kids under 12. Tickets are available from www.BrownPaperTickets.com or call 1 (800) 838-3006.
