Patent your invention, PCC class explains how

HILLSBORO, Ore. – More than 100,000 patents are granted in the U.S. each year – one of them could be yours. A new non-credit class offered by Portland Community College can help turn your brilliant invention into a profitable source of income. Patenting Your Invention provides the step-by-step instructions for wading through red tape and bringing your invention to the world. Instructor Kedma Block will answer questions about individual ideas and offer strategies for success. The class will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesdays, April 22 through May 20, at Century High School, 2000 S.W. 234th Ave. Cost is $40.
