Summary
This session explores how AI can support d/Deaf students in developing English skills through accessible, bilingual, and culturally responsive methods. Participants will learn how AI provides ASL-friendly explanations, strengthens critical thinking, and reduces barriers created by autism and traditional hearing-centered instruction. The presentation demonstrates practical strategies for utilizing AI to enhance reading, writing, vocabulary, and academic confidence, while promoting equitable learning in college settings.
