Banweb
Banweb is a third-party system that is part of Banner and MyPCC that keeps track of student and staff information and manages class registration.

Bookstore MBS
The MBS third-party application manages the Bookstore back-end (textbooks and merchandise) for all four campus bookstores, which are separated. The code is very old and table-based, but our styles try to make it look somewhat similar to the main PCC website. We can’t include custom fonts.
How to use for Bookstore MBS

NextGen
NextGen Dynamic Forms supports Financial Aid in collecting requirements documentation from students. In addition to adding PCC branding, we’ve added styles to make required checkboxes display properly, “disable” a checkbox, and the Summer Teen Program submissions clearer for staff.

Qualtrics
Qualtrics is a third-party form system PCC currently uses, but is phasing out in favor of Gravity Forms in WordPress, which are housed locally. We use the Qualtrics base theme but include a few custom styles to improve usability and accessibility.

Slate
PCC uses Slate for managing student recruitment and admissions. The branding efforts cover the admissions application, events, forms, and email communications.

Spaces is PCC’s wiki. It helps staff organize meeting notes, internal documentation, and task lists. We use a third-party theme but include a few custom styles to improve usability and accessibility.

WordPress
We use a multi-site WordPress installation with the PCC website divided into distinct WordPress websites. Some of the child themes alter which tools are available in the Editor, and we have custom styling to make the MCE editor content resemble what it will look like when published.
