Virtual Private Network (VPN)

If the GlobalProtect software is installed on your computer, you should see the globe icon in your taskbar (Windows: bottom-right, Mac: upper-right, both next to the clock) after startup. If you do not see this, click the windows icon (bottom-left corner) and type GlobalProtect, or, if you are on a Mac, press command + Space to open spotlight and type GlobalProtect.

If you cannot find the software, you can download it yourself using these instructions for PCC-owned Windows or Mac computers. Otherwise, please contact the IT Service Desk, and we can send the software to your computer once you have completed our Remote Access Request form and subsequent training. For personal or non-PCC-owned computers, please follow the manual installation instructions.
