Google Workspace
Google Workspace is available to all PCC staff and PCC students who have begun the current term and are registered for classes. Before the first day of a student’s registered term, students will only have access to PCC Google Email, not Google Drive or additional Google Applications.
Google Workspace is a hosted solution for PCC’s primary email, groups, chat, and Chrome device management applications. Google Workspace also provides hosted solutions for document management, mobile access, eDiscovery, Web Services, Web Development Tools, Photos, collaboration, and the potential for many other third-party applications for productivity in the education business.
Students can only access their Gmail, with no apps, until their courses begin. After their courses begin, they can access the complete Google Workspace applications.

Note: Google Drive storage is limited to 15 GB per user. For more info about PCC’s data storage policies, please refer to PCC’s Data Storage Policy.
Google Workspace Access for Inactive Students/Alumni
Google Workspace is available to currently active students and employees, and for an additional period of two years for students after their last active course, after which, the account is deactivated and cannot be accessed again. In the event that you need temporary emergency access to your email after this period, please contact the IT Service Desk at 971-722-4400.
Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, your account will be reactivated temporarily. You must be prepared to immediately take care of any business in your account as this access is for only a very brief window.
Please note that temporary reactivations are limited to one per user.
