Technology
The required technology includes software development tools that will be covered in class.
- C development tools: gcc, make, your favorite text/code editor. These tools will be available on the Linux-based server on which all students will receive an account.
- Java development tools: Java JDK, your favorite IDE for Java (such as IntelliJ).
- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to open and read PDF files.
- Google Docs to create and edit text documents.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
