Details about this class
Hello! I'm William Douglass. Thank you for your interest in learning meditation. My class has a unique focus. The mechanics of intention and manifestation development are the primary focal points of my class, geared towards increasing the power and efficiency of the intention/manifestation cycle. From my forty five years of meditation experience, I have distilled the important things that I have found productive for a successful meditation practice. Exercises and supplemental material will be given along with a once a week, thirty-minute live Google Meet. In this class you will learn how to develop your inner vision and to strengthen a powerful positive outlook. To think is to create, so many topics will be devoted to cutting edge, scientific theories and processes to support & aid in this.
This is a hybrid course that meets via Google Meet once a week and includes short, online lectures and related activities. There is no textbook for this course. All reading and other materials will be provided through D2L Brightspace. Email me with questions at william.douglass15@pcc.edu.
