Laughter Yoga Club - A Wellness Practice
Laughing strengthens the immune system, unwinds stress, lowers blood pressure, improves mental alertness and creates a balance in your mind-body spirit connection. Through guided exercises and simulated laughing, we will focus on releasing endorphins to bring more vitality to the body.
