Details about this class
Welcome to HE 242: Stress and Human Health!
My name is Michael, and I'm the instructor for the class.
Our Tuesday Zoom session from 9:00 am to 10:50 am is required for our class. We use various strategies to foster engagement during this time. If this is something you enjoy doing, great! If this is something you don't enjoy, know that this course has multiple sections and modalities, and consider exploring one that complements your style.
Our 4-credit class is designed with the following in mind:
- 2 hours online - Independent
- Reading, watching videos (including lectures), quizzes, and other manageable activities that will engage you before coming to our Zoom session.
- 2-hour Zoom session (Tuesdays, 9 am - 1050 am)
- Discuss the more difficult concepts, work collaboratively with class members, and discuss and reflect on course content.
I look forward to a successful class!
