Welcome to HE 213: Men's Health!

Some things to know about our class:

  • Our class explores men's health from a public health perspective. Review the course outcomes to ensure they match your interests.
  • Our class is fully Online and asynchronous. There are no class meetings. Yes! We can set up 1-on-1 meetings on Zoom or phone calls as needed.
  • A Required Orientation Quiz must be completed by Thursday, April 4, 2024.
  • The course does NOT use a textbook. 
  • Students will practice searching for and reading peer-reviewed research articles.
  • Students will be taking an active role in the learning process. Some material will be provided, but much will be created as the course progresses. As a result, it's not advised to be a passive participant in the class.

Online Prerequisite | Start Guide for Online Learning

Before you take your first online class at PCC, you must complete the start guide for online learning. The start guide will help you decide if online classes are right for you. Once you complete the start guide, you will be eligible to register for online classes.

The Start Guide is not required for Remote classes but strongly recommended.
