Focuses on the impacts of human psychological and physiological factors on pilot performance and decision making quality, and effective Crew- and Single-pilot Resource Management (CRM and SRM) techniques. Covers effective participation in Safety Management Systems (SMS) as they apply to flight operations. Prerequisite: AVS 127. Audit available. (See course content and outcomes.)
