Retirement offers multiple periods of important transitions, change and adjustment for individuals leaving their working life and create a new life. This workshop will help retired and retiring individuals understand this important life stage in retirement. We will offer how to understand: shifts in self-identity, how to organize changes in daily routine, and how to maintain and develop new social interactions. Participants can take advantage of information and tools to help participants navigate this new phase of life and establish personal priorities. This workshop is for the newly retired and those who want to add to the quality of their retirement experience.
