CEU4093 Technician EV Safety

Builds on foundational EV Safety Awareness to prepare technicians to safely disable, test, and work on high-voltage systems in hybrid and electric vehicles. Emphasizes establishing electrically safe work conditions, verifying absence of voltage, and performing basic diagnostic procedures. Prepares learners for the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) xEV Level 2 certification exam, “Technician Electrical Safety.”

2.1 CEUs. Prerequisites: This class is for automotive technicians who have taken and passed the EV Safety Awareness course or have equivalent industry experience.
