Automotive Service Technology (CEU)
Portland Community College offers new electric vehicle (EV) classes in partnership with Project SHIFT—a collaboration established in 2025 by PCC, the PCC Foundation, and the Portland Bureau of Fleet & Facilities (BFF). The program expands trades education and career opportunities in automotive, diesel, and facilities maintenance.
Funded by the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF), these courses come at no cost to participants. Students who pass will receive a voucher covering the full fee for the industry-recognized ASE Certification exam.
