Apply to Exercise Science

To join this program, you must apply for admission. This program accepts 35 students each fall and spring term. Successful applicants complete the prerequisites and apply early – admission is first-come, first-served.

How to apply

1. Apply to PCC

   Applying to PCC is free and only takes a few minutes. Complete this step as soon as possible so you can start using PCC resources.

2. Application timeline

   Term you want to start	Apply to Exercise Science
   Fall 2024	by September 2, 2024
   Spring 2025	by March 3, 2025

   Take prerequisites

   • Attend an information session.
   • To see if you’ve met these prerequisites, follow the steps under plan your first term.
     • IRW 115: Introduction to College Reading and Composition, or WR 115: Introduction to College Composition and RD 115: College Reading
     • MTH 20: Fundamentals of Mathematics

3. Submit application

   Complete the application to Exercise Science.

After you apply

Within two weeks after a completed application is submitted, we will notify applicants of their status. Check your MyPCC email: all communication is done through your PCC email account.

An Exercise Science advisor can help you. They will go over course planning and program expectations with you.
