The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Career Pathway certificate at PCC is a two-course, 12-credit program that can be completed in less than one year. It is designed to prepare students to provide emergency care at the EMT level. Through hands-on skills training and focused instruction, students develop the knowledge and techniques needed to save lives and reduce the risk of serious or long-term injury. Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible to take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians exam.
